Welcome to the Hilton Family of Hotels
be hospitable® Traveler Experts Page
In developing the curriculum for the be hospitable® Traveler program, The Hilton Family of Hotels pulled together its hotel team members and a select group of outside experts with backgrounds in travel, cultural awareness and character development. Each of our experts provided their unique perspectives on hospitality and gave personal insights into the dos and don'ts of international travel to promote cultural understanding and hospitable behavior among both Team USA and business and leisure travelers.

Starting as a Breakfast Attendant at the Hampton Inn – Tampa Bay Airport in April 2005, Tran Hung quickly moved up the ranks to Director of Hospitality a few months later. Hung's personal hospitality philosophy is to empathize and listen to each guest that walks through his hotel and ensure that their experience will lead them back to Hampton Inn. He enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures; learning something new from every guest Hung meets. He truly believes every guest he has met has brought joy to his life. Tran Hung on Thoughtfulness: Be open to sample China's local cuisine and do not expect to find foods you may consider familiar on the menu like milk, bread, steak or salads. |
