In developing the curriculum for the be hospitable® Traveler program, The Hilton Family of Hotels pulled together its hotel team members and a select group of outside experts with backgrounds in travel, cultural awareness and character development. Each of our experts provided their unique perspectives on hospitality and gave personal insights into the dos and don'ts of international travel to promote cultural understanding and hospitable behavior among both Team USA and business and leisure travelers.

Eduardo Munoz

New to the Hilton Family, Eduardo Munoz started at the Hilton Garden Inn – Chicago O'Hare Airport in August 2007. He works a dual role, serving as a Guest Services Representative and a Host at the hotel's Great American Grill. Munoz enjoys making personal connections with his hotel guests and putting a smile on their faces. His main goal is to treat guests as though they are family, making them feel at home.

Eduardo Munoz on Awareness:

Before traveling to a foreign city, familiarize yourself with the lay of the land. For instance, being comfortable with the city's transportation system will make other aspects of your trip go smoother.
